PATRIMONY
The patrimony contains two projects, one in Bogotá and the other in Cartagena. Although the projects respond to their environment, they are based and develop on the same guidelines. This project consists of the creation of spaces that promote the high value of the ignored patrimonial blocks in Colombia, taking advantage of the past to create the future.
Patrimonio contiene dos proyectos, uno en Bogotá y otro en Cartagena, A pesar que los proyectos responden a su entorno parte de las mismas directrices para ser conformado.
Este proyecto consiste en la creación de espacios que impulsen el alto valor de las manzanas patrimoniales ignoradas en Colombia, aprovechando el pasado para crear un futuro.
URBANISM / URBANISMO
The urban planning of the sectors and the role that each of the blocks fulfilled were studied, understanding the composition and impact of the buildings on a larger scale.
Se estudio el urbanismo de los sectores y e papel que cada una de las manzanas cumplía, entendiendo la composición y el impacto de las edificaciones a mayor escala.
TYPOLOGY / TIPOLOGÍA
The typology allows the buildings to be completely studied, understanding its technological, esthetical, environmental and spatial components.
La tipología permite estudiar a fondo las edificación entendiendo sus componentes, tecnológicos, estéticos, ambientales, vivenciales y espaciales
APPRECIATION/ VALORACIÓN
According to the typology and other studies, the buildings and architectural intentions are valued, generating the guidelines for the intervention.
De acuerdo a la tipología y los estudios relacionados se valoran las edificación y las intenciones arquitectónicas generando las pautas para la intervención.
